About 3 weeks ago I was strolling around SM and was so surprised to see that half of the 2nd floor of the North Wing was closed off - to make room for the newest store in town! aaaaahhh!! You could imagine my excitement when I saw the tarpaulins covering the walls!!! Of course, most of the people in Cebu do not know when it's going to open, but I DO! :)
Yessiree, Forever21 is going to open in November! Well, I may not have the exact date but knowing the month is all that matters. More time to save up for what will be the poorest month of my life. Hahaha!
Finally! They're coming to Cebu ;)
